Gettin CRUNK!!! back on the shelf in Chattanooga!!!
I first learned of CRUNK!!! Energy Drink in September of 2007 while competing in the Bent Fork Bike Festival Rail Jam in Knoxville, TN. That is where I first tasted the best energy drink on the market. After the rail jam, I began to look for this drink in every store I visited in the Chattanooga, TN area with no luck at all. Then one afternoon while getting the boat gassed up at my usual spot near my home called Sunrise Market #2 (Conoco) located at 6405 Hixson Pike I noticed that they had CRUNK!!! on their shelf. I began to purchase one every time I stopped; this store is my favorite place because they carry the best selections of everything I need when heading out for a long day wakeboarding on the lake.
Not long after that I attended the 1st Annual Rail-O-Ween Jam put on by American Boat Center in Knoxville, which encouraged costumes for the event. I could not think of a better costume than to dress up as Lil’ Jon, co-founder of CRUNK!!! Energy Drink. I later joined with CRUNK!!! and became part of their wakeboard ambassador program which involved lots of free CRUNK!!!
One day I stopped by the Sunrise Market #2 and noticed that CRUNK!!! was not on the shelf, and this surprised me because there was a lot there the day before. I asked the clerk to please bring it back because I couldn’t stand for Chattanooga to not have a location for me to purchase my favorite energy drink and he agreed to do so after I bugged him a couple times. A few weeks later I stopped by and saw it back on the shelf. The owner was working that day and his name is Harshal Patel, I thanked him for putting CRUNK!!! back on his shelf and explained to him who I was. He was delighted to allow me to bring my wakeboard in and get a picture with him next to his reinstated energy drink and to know I was a loyal customer.

Rob has been shredding the water since 1994 with 3 National Championships, 16 Regional Titles, and has been ranked as high as 3rd in the World. Rob has been racing at the Pro level since 1999, running Pro-Stock Runabout, Pro 800 SuperStock, and Stand Up at Regional Events. In 2008 Rob is leading the A.P.B.A National Tour and has his sights set on another Championship.

Jarod Brown has been CRUNK!!! since flipping and spinning in the womb.
He’s been on the water as long as he can remember, and got into wakeboarding about 7 years ago. From the first time he was up on a board he’s been hooked. And while wakeboarding will always be a hobby, Jarod has found enjoyment in the numerous opportunities his career has begun to bestow. Working as a performer in Bubby’s Extreme Water-Ski and Stunt Show at Nashville Shores, performing in a show at Riverfront in Downtown Nashville during a outdoor concert, and being a part of the University of Tennesse Wakeboard Team heading down to Orlando every year for the Collegiate Tournament and riding OWC have all added to the great experience. 21 year old Brandon Strausbaugh has been involved in amateur motocross racing for about ten years, competing mostly in southern California but also traveling thought the U.S. for qualifiers and the seven major Amateur Nationals: Lake Whitney and Oak Hill in Texas, World Mini in Nevada, Mammoth Motocross in California, Ponca City in Oklahoma, Lorreta Lynn’s Ranch in Tennessee, and the Mini Olympics in Florida. He races a Yamaha YZ250F and 450F Intermediate/B class, attending all the major racing events with his younger brother Ryan, also an up and coming racer in the sport. Other hobbies include mini bike riding, snow boarding and wake boarding. As Brandon says, “I Love Livin the Crunk Life!!!”
