Dan Murphy – Lead Vocals, Guitar
Justin Benner – Guitar, Vocals
Mike Ogle – Drums, Vocals
Sam Smetana – Bass

Born in Montana, in the fall of 2006, Goodnight Sunrise went straight to work in the winter of 2007, to write and record their self-produced, debut EP “Close & Counting”. As high school receded from the present to the past, “Close & Counting” documents a specifically treasured time. Having known each other for most of their lives as school friends and family, Goodnight Sunrise banded together to break out of their small city and take the world by storm. While other friends went out to work and left home for school, Goodnight Sunrise got in the van. Dan Murphy says, “I think a very strong part of our band is the fact that we’ve been playing together for so long. We know the members of our band better than our family, and I think that reflects when looking at our tour history and how well we’ve continued to get along with each other.”

Goodnight Sunrise has played over 300 shows since the release of their debut EP, and left home for 13 Western US tours which has helped “Close & Counting” to sell over 7,000 copies and solidify their fan base on the left coast. While on the road they have shared the stage with the likes of Anberlin, MAE, Plain White T’s, Eye Alaska, Socratic, Artist Vs. Poet, Weatherbox, Rookie of the Year, Seven Mary Three, Fear Before, and played select acoustic sets on the 2008 Warped Tour.

After creating a wave of support across the country from constant touring, opportunities arrived for major exposure. Goodnight Sunrise has licensed music to MTV’s Real World Road Rules Challenge, 16 & Pregnant, Bad Girls Club, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The band’s DIY work ethic has also garnered them indie spotlight features in AMP Magazine and Alternative Press. AMP Magazine says, “…These guys are going places fast. Which is no surprise, this band is just as personable as they are talented, making it that much easier to fall in love with them.”

Goodnight Sunrise recently returned from a 7-week national tour promoting the release of their sophomore EP “Stop, Drop, & Roll.” The band will continue touring the country; looking to stone new audiences with their hard-hitting live show, and poppy, polished rock,

New EP “Stop, Drop, & Roll” now available on iTunes & GoMerch.com/goodnightsunrise.
Japanese full-length out now on Twilight Records.

Vogue in the MovementMost bands attempt to write witty auto-biographies that usually wind up boring the reader…

So we’re going to list the vitals instead. You can also learn a lot about us and our personalities through our video blogs on YouTube and MySpace.

  • Vogue In The Movement was formed in February of 2007.
  • Our average age is 20.
  • We believe in aesthetics and always present ourselves as hip, fun kids.
  • All of us were in different bands for a couple of years, but we were frustrated with the lack of seriousness and enthusiasm of our fellow band mates. Eventually we all met each other and knew that this was the lineup we needed to make it big.
  • We got an artist development deal with Loren Israel (Plain White T’s, Jimmy Eat World, Sugarcult, etc.) almost immediately. He helped us write our full length record, which is almost done. We think its awesome!
  • During the writing and recording of our album, our band consumed over 100 Crunk Energy Drinks. :-)
  • We released our debut EP (with the songs that can be heard on PureVolume) about a month ago and we’ve received an extremely positive response.
  • VITM recently went on a West Coast tour which was also greatly received. We had a ton of fun and we can’t wait to get back on the road.
  • We play 10 or more shows a month.
  • Vogue In The Movement has full merchandise line up available online and at our shows. It would be sweet to have a Vogue/Crunk!!! booth.
  • We also had an opportunity to write and record with Tim Pagnotta of Sugarcult which was an awesome experience.
  • Our main focus at the moment is finishing our full length record and playing a ton of shows.

vega1 CRUNK!!! Music Vegas Under FireIt’s pop rock with a hint of dance that will get you moving from “Hello,” Vega Under Fire’s first EP release!

Their unique blend of power guitars and synth is well met with catchy melodies and chantey choruses. This Naples fivesome, ages 18 – 22. met and came together from different popular local bands around southwest Florida, each member adding their own style and flare to the mix! From their local fan base in Naples to the hundreds that flock to shows all across the nation, Vega creates quite a buzz no matter where they are.

“Indeed, the release party for Vegas first EP, “Hello…,” saw more than 500 kids in the sound-system sanctuary. “It was so many we stopped counting,” says Roy Terry, Cornerstones senior pastor. “It was a fantastic show!” – Naples Daily News

“Powerful guitars, dance beats, funky bass lines as well as pop vocal and synth melodies create a refreshing commixture similar to the cheerful sound of Motion City Soundtrack (Epitaph) and the “guy next door” vocals of Say Anything (Doghouse/J Records)” – Pulse Magazine

“We are currently writing and recording for our newest CD release that will be available after April 2008! Thanks so much to our friends/fans for all your support and for having fun with us at every single show we have every played! It’s a pleasure to watch you dance and enjoy us and much as we dance and enjoy you!”

tajmotel1 CRUNK!!! Music Taj Motel TrioFor the throngs of fans who follow the happenings of the underground East Coast ska scene, The Taj Motel Trio is a celebrated fixture, drawing formidable crowds at every venue they grace.

The core of this eight-piece musical powerhouse is a rock-solid rhythm section; rounding out the sound, the unforgettable brass section blasts dance-along melodies and hooks you can’t help singing in the shower.

The Taj Motel Trio, (or Taj, as they’ve been affectionately dubbed by their fans) have truly paid their dues, and have earned the success they’re experiencing. In 2002, the group performed at the VANS Warped Tour in Atlanta, after being selected by Ernie Ball for their stand-out sound and undeniable charisma. These same characteristics earned them a spot opening for Bon Jovi on the 2006 Have a Nice Day Tour. They secured this opportunity by impressing Atlanta’s Star94 listeners in a radio competition, establishing themselves as the final winners from among dozens of other accomplished bands from the Southeast.

In addition to these distinguished accomplishments, Taj has performed hundreds of shows, rocking venues from the famed CBGB’s in New York to the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta, and just about every bar, hall, and dive in between.

Having performed at Knoxville, Tennessee’s annual Ska Weekend Festival since its inaugural show in 2003, as well as having toured the East Coast thoroughly and repeatedly, Taj has begun to establish an impressive and fanatically-loyal fan base. But devoted fans aren’t the only ones who have taken notice. Brandon Allin, of absolutepunk.net highly acclaimed Taj’s 3rd album, Life of the Party, saying, “Life of the Party is fast, fun, and contains more memorable moments than any listener could ask for.” Based on their past accomplishments, hard work, and solid reputation, these Southern boys are on their way up the ladder. Taj released their 4th album, Part of the Problem, in December 2007.

loveme1 CRUNK!!! Music Love Me ElectricBack with the same great taste that is always filling and never lets you down, Love Me Electric is taking the Chicago independent rock scene by storm.

With six brand new tracks and two old favorites re-recorded to wash it down, their second release, The Sunrise, boasts the thickest punk muscle in town. And to build the best punk muscle in town, one very important ingredient helps keep Love Me Electric as electric as can be while balancing the stresses of school, work, relationships, and music – CRUNK!!! Energy Drink. Dan, Love Me Electric’s lead singer travels two hours to Chicago to join the rest of the band. With a huge college following, Love Me Electric’s full voltage sound is shocking pop-rock back into the scene.
